Looking for a fun and convenient way to stay active?
Please join me on Wednesdays from
8-9 am in the comfort of your home. This class will focus on strength.
We will warm up and then move into the strength portion of our class. So grab your weights, light or heavy. Don't have weights? Water bottles or soup cans will work, and join me for this strength class.
We always start with scripture and end with prayer to help us stay centered on Christ.
